    • Oil – 4 tablespoon

    Steps for Cooking:

    • Marinate mutton with fresh ginger garlic paste Silver Mutton Curry Masala. Keep it for 1 hour.
    • Heat oil and deep fry onions till golden brown, remove it and keep aside.
    • In a pressure cooker heat 4tbs oil, add marinated chicken and fry for few minutes. Add curd and chopped tomatoes.

    Ingredients required:

    • Potatoes boiled and mashed – 4 med
    • Tomatoes Chopped – 4 med
    • Onions chopped – 1 med, Green Capsium
    • Chopped Deseeded – 1 med
    • Cauliflower grated – 1/4 small
    • Green peas Shelled – 1/4 cup
    • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
    • Oil – 3 tablespoons
    • Coriander Leaves chopped – 1/4 cup
    • Lemos, Cut into wedges – 2
    • Butter – 3 tablespoon
    • Pav – 8
    • Silver Bhaji Pav Masala – 1 packet

    Steps for Cooking:

    • Heat 3 Tablespoon oil in a pan, fry chopped onions until it turns transparent pink.
    • Add ginger paste, fry for a few seconds.
    • Then add tomatoes and cook on medium heat for three to four minutes stirring continuously till oil separates from the masala.
    • Add capsicum, Boiled & Mashed peas cauliflower, boiled Potatoes and Half glass water bring it to a boil and simmer for ten minutes, Pressing with back of the spoon a few times, Till all the vegetables are completely mashed. Add Silver Bhaji Pav Masala and cook for a few minutes stirring Continuously. Your Yummy bhaji Pav gravy is ready to serve.
    • Heat half of the butter in a thick-bottomed pan. Slice pav horizontally into two and fry in butter for half a minutes, pressing two a three times or till Pav is crispy and light brown.
    • Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves, remaining butter and serve hot with Pav accompanied with chopped onions and lemon wedges.

    • Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

    • Salted vhoondi – 1/4 cup
    • Boiled potatoes – 150g-2 med

    • Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
    • Silver Chat Masala – 1 tsp

    Crisp semolina Paris with sprouts, Potatoes, peas and chilled mint flavored water make a great snack.

    Steps for Preparing Pani:

    • Add 4 tbsp of Silver Pani Puri Masala to one liter of cold water.
    • Soak tamarind in 1/2 cup of water for 1 hour strain out all the pulp through a sieve.
    • Add this pulp to the pani mix it well and put it in refrigerator.
    • Serving pani-puris-soak salted bhoondi in water for a few minutes and drain it. Take bhoondi & boiled potatoes in a bowl add salt, Silver Chat Masala, Red Chilly Powder, Dry mango powder & Mix it well.

    • Chicken Boneless – 500g (small cubes)
    • Egg whites only – 2
    • Green Chilly – 5 – 8 pieces

    • Yogurt (curd) – 75g
    • Edible orange red color – 3 pinches

    Steps for Cooking:

    • In a bowl, mix chicken thoroughly with silver’s chicken 65 masala two egg whiles only and marinate for one hour.
    • In a kadai (work) heat enough oil for deep frying chicken. Put marinated chicken pieces one by one into heated oil and deep fry till the chicken starts changing its color. Remove and allow them to cool.
    • Whip yogurt (curd) thoroughly adds an orange red color mix well and keep aside.
    • Transfer left over oil into a bowl, leaving only 3 tablespoons in a kadai heat it adds let them splutter for 10 seconds and the yogurt and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
    • Now add entire chicken mix thoroughly and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

    • Chicken – 1 kg (6-8 pieces)
    • Yogurt (whipped) – 1 cup/200g
    • Lemon Juice – 4 tablespoon
    • Butter – half cup / 75g
    • Edible orange, red color – 2-3 pinches/1g
    • Ginger Paste – 1/2 tablespoon
    • Garlic Paste – 1/2 tablespoon
    • Silver Tandoori Masala – 1 packet

    Steps for Cooking

    • Clean the Chicken pieces and make gashes on each piece with a sharp knife.
    • Apply lime juice, curd, edible orange, red color, Silver Tandoori Masala and Marinate for at least 2 hrs.
    • Cook on low flame for 5 minutes until water evaporates. Apply 2 tablespoon 2 tablespoon melted butter on the chicken pieces and roast it in tandoori.

    Serving Suggestion:

    Serve hot with wedges of lemon and fresh green salad.

    Spicy Hooves Curry

    Ingredients Required:

    • Hooves/Paya – Goat 6-8
    • Onions sliced – 2 med
    • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
    • Ghee/oil – 1 cup-250g
    • Lemon Wedges – 2
    • Tomatoes – 2 big chopped
    • Silver Paya Masala – 1 packet

    Steps for Cooking:

    • Heat Ghee & oil in Equal quantity in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onions fry till golden brown.
    • Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and SIlver Paya Curry Masala fry for a few minutes, then add Paya (hooves) fry for a few minutes add required quantity water for tendering Paya’s.
    • Put the lid of pressure cooker and cooker and cook on low flame until Paya are tendered.
    • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
    • Serve hot with tandoori Roti or naan & lemon wedges.
